Takeda’s San Diego office, located in the University City neighborhood, is a three-story, 163,648-sq.-ft. building. It is one of Takeda’s global centers, conducting research into debilitating gastrointestinal and neurological diseases.
DBC manufactured and installed X-Series sheathed exterior panels for sections across the front of the structure. This was perfect for seamless installation of windows installation which make up most of the building’s exterior. The property is also LEED-Gold Certified.
