The AC Hotel Scottsdale North by Marriott is a six-floor, high-end boutique hotel with 165 rooms, perfectly positioned amid Scottsdale’s luxury shopping and entertainment district.
DBC’s S-Series CFS load-bearing panels were used for floors two through six and over a concrete podium on the second floor. Prefabricated walls saved the GC 10-12 weeks off their schedule, allowing them to start the MEP trades earlier than a traditional construction approach.
From March to May 2019, DBC hosted a fully furnished standard two-bedroom mock-up for the owner at the firm’s finish facility. The mock-up included every detail from windows to flooring to sheets and toiletries.
