A nine-story office building on a constrained urban site was removed to create space for the new facility. DBC completed the prefabrication of 58,000 sq. ft. of exterior walls featuring metal panels, phenolic high-pressure laminate, and integral punched windows. This project marks another significant contribution to Kaiser’s nationwide expansion efforts utilizing DBC’s exterior finishes from Kaiser Permanente's Center of Excellence (COE) program template. The medical center opened it's doors on November 2022, with Gresham Smith serving as the architect and Hensel Phelps as the general contractor in Springfield, Virginia.
