Kaiser Permanente Clairemont Mesa Medical Office Building

The Kaiser Permanente Clairemont Mesa Medical Office Building is a four-story, 90,000-sq-ft LEED Platinum outpatient facility in San Diego featuring over 100 exam rooms, advanced clinical services, and extensive prefabricated construction elements.

DBC prefabricated and installed nearly all the exterior and interior walls for Kaiser Permanente’s Clairemont Mesa Medical Offices, a four-story, 90,000-sq.-ft. center that replaced the previously demolished facility on the same lot. The low-rise wing houses a large pharmacy, medical labs, optometry offices, two radiation suites, a café, a retail store, and a conference center. The attached tower features 101 examination rooms and 72 healthcare provider offices. The medical offices feature a mindful ambiance, with amenities such as an indoor public square with a garden, an outdoor amphitheater, exercise stations, and landscaped open space.
