The Brownwood Hotel & Spa is a seven-story, 150-room hotel that is connected to the Center for Advanced Healthcare at Brownwood (CAHB), a state-of-the-art medical facility. The hotel and CAHB are operated by The Villages Health and other independent physician groups that serve The Villages residents, employees and surrounding communities.
The hotel was constructed of post-tensioned concrete slabs and DBC’s prefabricated sheathed exterior wall panels and wrapped in a façade of alternating EIFS and brick and topped with aged bronze-finished metal roof to match the aesthetics of Brownwood Paddock Square.
