100/150 Hooper is a micro-campus for makers and thinkers in San Francisco’s Design Center and Mission Bay districts. At the time of construction, it was one of the first, permanently affordable, multi-tenant buildings in the area – with over 50,000-sq.-ft. of active production, distribution, and repair space.
DBC's X-Series sheathed exterior panels were manufactured and installed for the two structures which are connected by a walkable bridge. The buildings are rated Class A and are LEED-Platinum Certified.
