Maintains compliance with safety, quality, and production requirements throughout framing operations.

Responsible for the development of drawings, specifications, and calculations throughout all phases of project design under close supervision. Assist in developing structural designs and analytical models for various building types and materials and perform calculations and analyses using basic knowledge of all relevant codes. Collaborate with engineers, modelers, detailers and external stakeholders to produce accurate 2D and 3D models using CAD tools, including Tekla Structures, and deliver coordinated, high-quality design solutions within budget and schedule. Support construction administration activities by reviewing submittals, responding to RFIs, and participating in site visits as directed.

Manages warehouse operations within a prefabrication manufacturing facility, including material receiving, inventory control, material distribution, shipping, and storage activities. Oversees the flow of materials and components to support production schedules and project delivery requirements. Leads warehouse personnel and coordinates with production, supply chain, logistics, and project teams to maintain inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and workplace safety. Ensures warehouse processes, equipment utilization, and material handling practices support manufacturing and operational objectives.

Delivers accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for prefabrication projects, supporting planning, budgeting, and execution of manufacturing and installation activities. Applies advanced analytical and technical skills to assess project scope, production efficiency, and material costs. Works collaboratively with project managers, design teams, and production leads, VDC, MEP and Family of Companies to ensure cost estimates reflect real-time manufacturing conditions and project goals. Contributes to continuous improvement of prefab estimating tools and methods to enhance accuracy and predictability.

Manages construction project individuals to deliver high-quality results and foster professional growth. Provides full project leadership with accountability for end-to-end project delivery, representing the project team and resolving complex execution, stakeholder, and risk-related issues. Oversees the successful delivery of construction project(s) by providing advanced knowledge of construction activities, methodologies, and industry standards. Manages and develops the full project team, including project engineers and assistant project managers, through coaching, feedback, and performance oversight. Manages and coordinates multidisciplinary project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements, timelines, and quality standards are consistently met.
